Knights of the Allusia

The Knights of Allusia are the noblest of Allusia's heroes. Their philosophy is best summed up by the oath to which all Knights subscribe: Este Sullaris Otth Mithes (My Honor is My Life).
Since the time of the Great war, the Knights of Allusia had stood as symbols for all that was good. The Knights who remained were forced to roam the countryside in secret, fearful that they would be discovered by an angry citizenry. Still, the Knights held true to their ideals and did what they could to fight evil in the world. That has past but every once in awhile they will be brought up.

Hierarchy:
The Knights of Allusia are organized into three Orders: the Knights of the People, the Knights of the Empire, and the Knights of the Order. Individual cells of Knights, called Circles, have been established throughout Allusia Community. The Circles exist to give aid to all local Knights.

The Knighthood is ruled by the Lord of the Knights. The position must be filled by either the High Warrior, the High Clerist, or the Supreme Ruler(see table below), and at least 75% of the established Circles must send two representatives to vote.

The will of the Lord of Knights is carried out by the High Knights, throughout their respective orders, The High Warrior commands the Order of the People, The High Clerist commands the Knights of the Empire, and the Supreme Ruler commands the Knights of the Order. These are nominated and elected by members of their own Orders without influence from the other two Orders. A Knightly Council, a group responsible for matters of pressing importance, must be held by a contigent of three ranking knights, one from each of the Orders.

Knights of the People are sworn to protect, serve, and give aid to any kingdom on the List of Loyalty. This list is maintained by the three High Knights and is updated periodically. The Knights are not required to follow the laws or commands of these kingdoms should they violate the standards of the Knights' personal code they will have a dishonorable discharge.

All those who wish to become Allusian Knights must first enter into the Knighthood as squires of the Knights of the People. This is true regardless of what Knighthood they will eventually serve. Specific requirements and training.

Combat:
Allusian Knights are fighters of unparalleled courage and honor. Their highest ideal is to meet a noble death against overwhelming odds in the cause of justice. They retreat only of they can be persuaded that a larger interest is at stake.
The Knights employ a variety of weapons. The most frequently used are bows and swords of all kinds, lances, battle axes, and spears. All Knights wear a variety of armor, but chain mail with a shield is the most common.

Habitat/Society:
Though a Circle may comprise 50-100 or more members, it is rare that an outsider encounters this many Knights at any one time. More commonly, a solitary Knight, or a patrol of 2-12 is encountered. This usually happens within 4-40 miles of a village or large city. Allerian Knights seldom carry treasure or other valuables. Most are required to forfeit most or all of their monetary gains to the greater Knighthood, then draw according to their needs.

Ecology:
Few Knights operate openly. They can be hired, and they can be recruited for missions to further the common good. Though many are fine metalsmiths and armorers, they seldom sell their wares.

Knights of the People
All Knights begin in this Order with training in the virtue of loyalty. Candidates must be presented to a Knightly Council and be sponsored by a Knight in good standing from any of the Orders of Knighthood. A candidate must swear an oath to the honor of the Knighthood and to the causes of the Crown, and swear allegiance to the Order and the ideals of the Knights of Alleria. If there is no dissent from the Knights, and no question of honor regarding the candidate is presented, then the candidate is accepted into the Knighthood as a squire.

Knights of the People will be trained on how to wield a sabre and longsword, strategy and tactics, and they will participate in physical training.

Knights of the Empire
A Knight can attempt to enter this Order only after first rising to Defender of the People and only if he has the required training. The candidate is brought before a Knightly Council he will be reviewed on his performance in the Knights of the People. If there is no question of honor brought up, the candidate is assigned a complex quest to test his compassion, his wisdom, his generosity, and his combat skills. If successful, the Knight becomes a Novice in the Order.

Knights of the Sword are furthermore trained in the longsword and sabre. They will even start arcane teachings and of coarse more physical training.

Knights of the Order
Once a Sword Knight, he can petition into the Knights of the Order to be accepted into the Knights of the Order, if he has the required training. The candidate is brought before a Knightly Council at which a Emperian Knight, if he has been in the best standing of the Knights of the Empire he will then be considered to join Knights of the Order. If there is no question of honor brought up, the candidate is assigned a complex quest to test his compassion, his wisdom, his generosity, and his experience with combat. If successful, the Knight becomes a Novice in the Order.
Knights of the Empire are able to choose any type of training which will be provided to them.

It´s very confusing. They would intoduce themself as Knight of the Rose? Is it not better to change that Rank-Name in something different?

Heres is some more stuff about our Guild. More info about our Knighthood.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Knights Guild keeps order among the ranks and classes of fighters that generally operate under a code of honor. The honor of the warrior. The Knights themselves must operate under a much higher code than expected of the other fighting ranks however, they are to live and die by their code, and their code is enforced by all the knights of the kingdom. This Guild ultimatley controls all the Allusia Knights. The Knights Guild may strip the knighthood from a dishonorable knight if it is neccessary. They may also suspend the Knights privelage to spar or Quest.
Knights of Social Groups obey their clans in all things so long as their actions are honorable. The Knights Guid clearly defines waht is honorable or dishonorable for a Knight. If a Knight acts dishonorably, this Guild takes him to trial. If he or she is found guilty, punishment is decided and immediatly dispensed. A Knight may be restricted from quests and spars for a time, demoted to a lesser Knight level, stripped of knighthood, or even killed if the act was found dishonorable enough. If a Knight is ordered to act in a dishonorable manner, honor dictates that he or she remind their leader that this act is of the dishonorable nature, and if the leader insists, honor dictates that the Knight report their order to the proper authorities, and break with their Social Group and become a wandering knight until such time as they find an honorable clan (they may also stay clanless if they wish, and remain a wandering knight)
If the group in question seeks retribution on this Knight, he is under the protection of every Knight of the land, because he is under the protection of the Guild itself. (all for one, one for all etc) No Knight of the Land may seek to harm this Knight, or the Guild will Immediatly strip them of their Knighthood and mark them for death. The Social Group attempting to get this Knight to act dishonorably and seeking to punish him after he leaves them shall be brought to trial in front of the Councils. If found guilty, they will be stripped of their status and all privilaes of a resident social group in the game, (HP, and voice in the Senate). After a long while, if they act honorably etc, it can be restored by the Councils if they vote them back in, but if they are again voted out for similar deeds it is forever. The Knights Guild is the closest thing to police in the Land, and they enforce the laws, and seek to keep the peace in the Land.
The Knights Guild is also responsible for classes other than just Knights, Examples of what classes you would find here are knights, swordsmen, samurai, calvary, templars, paladins, barbarians, berserkers, rangers, soldiers, militia, archers, constables and other lawmen, mercenaries, and guards...
