Draconian

I have read a couple of books (Fantasy) And theres only one that i know of that has this creature in it. On Illarion Creatures page it says there name under the Fantastic Creatures list. Has anyone ever seen one.
P.S. If you don't know what one is. It is a good dragon egg disinfigured from dark magic.

Its in yellow, which means it hasn't been implemented yet. Only blue texted things are implemented.

And I'm not sure if Draconians are OGL. They seem to be one of DL's Iconic monsters, so they may not be OGL. Could be a lawsuit if thats the case.

I read about them in a series of books called Dragonlance(Like 2000 books). I have read a bunch of other books and they never have them in there.

exactly, Dragonlance is owned by Wizards of the Coast. It is a D&D setting, in which they made tons of money off the books. I'm pretty sure no one else is able to use them.

I have read a few books in the Dragonlance series myself. I'm not really sure how Draconians came to be on that list on the home page, but it's definitely a creature/monster that I would personally have hesitations about for putting in game. As far as I know, I have only seen the Draconian race mentioned in these specific Dragonlance books. (They might indeed be in the D&D game, but I wouldn't know exactly myself.)
No, there are no Draconians in game right now. I also wouldn't count on them ever being in game at all.

They can't be. I looked at the OGL for D&D 3.5 aka the SRD. No mention was listed in them. And its not that its old. Dragonlance was a setting introuced before 3.5
