~What the Gri'Tyk'Hyshra offer~

~Code of the Gri'Tyk'Hyshra~
1) Obey all orders. Failure to do so will result in punishment.
2) All members must wear the guild uniform at all times unless you're a Journeyman or above ranking.
3) You will honor the clan, and uphold its traditions and laws.
4) No fighting, or bickering within the guild. Will result in punishment.
5) You will respect all allies, even if you do not like them, or just certain individuals.
6) Grandmasters make the decisions. Once a vote is passed through the lower ranks, it is either veto'ed or used within the guild.
7) Respect, and honor the ways of the combatant. Do not use any form of magic or other to gain an advantage in battle. Brute strength is the most honorable.
8) Murdering, Assassinating, or hiring anyone else to kill a specific person or persons is highly prohibited and will result in a Hunt-and-Kill by the guild.
9) Respect the laws and customs of other lands and territories. We don't want to make a bad image of ourselves.
10) Live in peace and harmoney with your fellow men, unless we are in a war, or defending ourselves.

~Customs and Beliefs~
1) Always wear guild uniform as it brings luck.
2) All must attend every ceremony or celebration, as it is required.
3) Use swords or axes, as they are the best combat weapons.
4) No Gri'Tyk'Hyshra ever discriminates against ANYONE of ANY race.
5) Plate, Chain, or leather armour is our style.
6) We will use potions when we must, but wish to keep going as long as we can before drinking one.
7) Gri'Tyk'Hyshra members do not wear capes, as they bring bad luck. The Guild Logo is tattooed on our body, or imbuned into our weapons or armour.
8) Ale and Beer are the treats of life, and getting one requires for work to be done and matters resolved.
9) All must fulfill their duties and jobs before obtaining a higher rank.
10) The Ceremony of the Sword is a form of knighting ceremony where the Gri'Tyk'Hyshra welcome new clan members and members that have acquired a higher rank.

You shall all be inducted into the Guild. Welcome, you are members now, yes, but you must undergo the Ceremony of the Sword to become honorary members of the Gri'Tyk'Hyshra.

If you all would send me a dove with the time and date that is best for you, we can hold the Ceremony of the Sword, and induct you all officially.

A parchment is written in very fine handwriting.

I ask that all my Members, inducted fully or not, meet me tomorrow ((4:00 -6 GMT)) to have a meeting. We have to discuss a few, 'matters' and trials at hand, or that may befall us.
