i have no clue as to where to get all the required tools for smithing. i am returning to illarion after having last played in early 2002. can someone list the tools needed and perhaps good places to purchase such tools?

Same ansfer as evry time, ask ig. Simpel play that your char doesnt know how to smith.....

Or if you'd like a useful answer, there is a thread on the general board, called "How to make" or something along those lines. Use the search function in conjuction with that thread and you might find something helpful.

Good place: Silverbrand / Salathe's vicinity
Tools: Hammer, iron ingots
How to obtain ingots: Pincers, mould, crucible, iron ore, coal
How to get raw materials: Dig with a pick axe in a mine

Note that you have to stand infront of an anvil in order to smith.

i appreciate your help and yes i did rp in game and found a couple of hints about some of the stuff i needed but i felt that i could obtain a better answer on the boards.
