my character is playable but whenever I try to play the game it tells me thqat no character by his name exists.

It asks me for character name and a password. is the password they require the one I log in with?

1st) be sure you're using your character name and not your account name
2nd) there is just one password, the account password is your character password

also respect character casing

zach bora and Zach Bora are two different thing

Make sure you distributed all attribute points for your character.
If you have not done this yet, log into your account from the homepage and do so.
Afterwards your character should be ready to go.

"Character Name does not exist"

> Have you typed the character name correctly?
>> Check that there are no spaces before or after the name, both in the name inputted and the Real name

> Have you created that character beforehand?
>> Use the Account system in order to create and account, and wait until the character is PLAYABLE

> Has that character had its attributes added?
>> Use the Account system, select that character and add the attributes beforehand

> Neither of the above, report it by creating a NEW TOPIC [or in Account section]

Your account is activated and your char is playable. If it still doesn't work you have to proove if you already fixed the attributes and use the CHARname for logging in.
