You both looked remarkable, and i and all those there knew the gods watched you. A joyous day for all indeed. I hope you many years of hapiness and that the dreams you saw on that wonderfull of days come true.
All the best for the future and congratulations for the present.

Bailey looked remarkable. It's a pity I had to give her up, but Stephen is a good sort.

The handwritting inclines to the right as if it was about to fall, giving the impression to be made quickly, swiftly. The letters are refined in their own fashion, and somewhat noble - the kind of letters only written by someone who had some education.
All the congratulations to the wedding ring between the Town Guards and the Knights of Kallahorn.
Your friend of nobility.
The "your" on the message seems to be directed towards a certain person.

She left for her homeland of Albaria because of intense pressure and scrutiny from the populace of Trolls Bane. I declined to go with her. A decision I have rarely come to regret. I have no doubt she will come back one day to beat me for my recent encounters.

THe note is hastily put up and when the writer does so, he laughs hard and then walks off.
