An NPC: Buying a product and not getting it

This morning and 8:35 GMT -5, I was buy grain seeds from the halfling farmer NPC by Trolls Bane. I tried to buy grain until he said he had some. Then I noticed when I bought some from him I lost the copper for it but didn't get it. He also just continued to sell it after I bought it even though he said he had none.

He's a cheat. You should be dealing with the Farmer's Union instead. They're user friendly and anti-cheat! ;]
This kind of thing actually happens all the time and its a bug being worked on. You should read the other topics on this subject. ;]

Halflings are expert thieves. First, he gave you the item, then I bet he stole it so fast it was INSTANT!
