A few days ago, I could make 9 plates with 10 planks of wood.

Now i can make 2 wooden cups with 14 boards of wood. has the probabilty been changed? cups are only one step above plates, and i have a high dexterity.

(SHould this have been placed in technical?)

We are watching you.

And I personally can't complain about carpentry.

yes, it is more difficult, to make handles and other stuff.
for make 50 arrows i need to work near 30 to 40 broads. i dont know, why there has been a change.
So the beginners of this great game will get frustreated.

can it be, that the skills increase slowlier then for a month ago?

Nope. Skillgain wasn't changed for years now.

All (well, almost all) crafting scripts use the same formula to determine wether one is sucessful or not. That means: all rates of success approach 95%, depending on your skill and attributes - if you fail often, you either lack the skill or the right attributes.

I believe you should have much strength (To hold more) and dextarity (to be good with your hands). I am not sure if you need anything else.

dex of course, strenght not so important for gold smithing, it's rather soft metal and smacking it to hard would only damage or make it unusable. your average man can make golden items with enough practise. it just means he may not have as many sucessful attempts as someone with higher attributes.

No, you need more strength to hold more ores.

that's true,I can only hold about 5 gold ores at a time, and Ive seen others hold like twenty (I think)
you either lack the skill or the right attributes.
Even something as simple as bowls are having a very low sucess rates.. and by order of elimination, it was by lack of skill. I think it's too low,.. but sucess for plates (same level) seemed all right....
