how long does it actually take for the skill cap to return to normal so i can train a lot? I waited 4 hours but thats not enough i just wanted to know if there was a specific time.

There is a specific time and it is below 4 hours.

I suggest to not care too much about that skillcap, just rest from time to time and engage other characters with roleplaying. Please keep in mind that the main objective of Illarion is not to lvl up but to interact with other characters.

i know what the game is about but i need to be able to kill a skeleton fast so that i can join a clan with my char. Its not all about the blue of the concussion and i know that. also i cant roleplay with someone if theres nobody online.
