Today the voting starts for the elven elders, those listed here.
You may vote for three people, that will make up the elders. In the end, ther will be three elders with the most votes. They will then guide the elves as intended. The voting will end the sunday after this one.

Vote not through your hart, but through your mind. Realise for yourself whom are most capable to become elder. Not whom you like most, but whom you find most intelligable and trustworthy. Whom is capable to guid the elven race.

It is my duty to remind you all :
The duties of an elder are not to rule, but to serve :

• An elder must be there for everyone who has a problem, and help solving such problems as well as troubles amongst brethren.
• An elder must organize the common discussions and votings. If there is not enough time, the council of all elders must decide, but in the sense of all elves.
• An elder must watch over the traditions, serve them, and honor the ancestors.
• An elder must serve the public, as judge, as advisor, as friend and as leader of diplomacy.
• An elder must be a living example for humility, patience and wisdom - and also guide others to respect every living thing.

Vote wisely, as Misjillah already asked you to. Choose those from the list you find most capable of fulfilling these duties.
I myself am honored to have served, and feel great relief to be freed of these duties now. Of course i will always help the new elders, may they need advice or a person to talk to. This is my duty, and so shall it be done.

I would be interested in voting, but the way in which it is worded I'm not sure if I'm eligible to do so. If by blood you mean ancestry, I certainly am not eligible, but if by blood you mean that which flows within the body, I suppose it is elven, but even that is a matter of conjecture. What makes blood elven, or, at the very least, would you consider me eligible to vote if that question is too involving?

I retreat from this election. Looking at the prospects it appears the elves do not trust me anyhow. Then fine, if none of the elves cannot see me apart from my powerhungry brother Misjbar, or my attempts at a more active Vanima, may it have been slightly of course, then I will see it more as fit not to be elected as an elder.

I wish most of the nominees good luck, and may the most capable ones win. I have to focus on my studies too much anyhow. I will leave an offer to become advisor to any of the new elders if they wish it so.
