what is a silver worth? I managed to get a few from a npc and I have no idea what they are worth. can I change them into copper somewhere?

As far as i know there is no NCP to change copper to silver at this time, though if you wish to buy something that is worth...say 4 silver coins and 30 copper if you give 5 silver coins you shall have change in copper. Same ideal as RL exchange.

10000 copper I think..... NPC's have no change anyway.

1 Silver = 100 Copper
1 Gold would be 100 Silver, so 10000 Copper.

From internal discussions, however, gold coins are not currency, because they can be manufactured. If they become currency, current gold coins in people's inventory will become something else.
