Some messages pop up, then it closes PLEASE HELP

someone please help... whenever i try to log into my charachter a message pops up and says "WSAECONNREFUSED" and then another one pops up and says the server is offline or your not connected and then another on says unable to connect.
please someone tell me what i can do.

And once again.
Have a look at the
server status., use the search function or read the board attentive.
