It Says my charachter doesnt exist! please help !

Whenever i try to login with my charachter it says "no charachter with this name is found". Yes, i have checked my spelling many times and im not loging in with my account name.
Someone please help.

Did your character name get accepted already, and if so, did you distribute the stats? When you go into your account your status should be "playable", not "name accepted"
