I want no death, i wish to put harm on anyone, but if my demands are not met, than bad things may happen.
I ask simply for 1 silver ingot. If you give me problems the rice will increase.
Until I get what I want, you will forever walk the land looking over your shoulder. You will sleep each night wondering if it might be your last. Your friends, your family will always be a target and it will edge on your consious till you beg for my mercy.
I ask very little and in return I give you peace of mind.
Pain, loss, death are a heavy price for being stingy with your silver.

So hand it over and make it easy on yourselves.
