I was on my way out of Troll's Bane and I was attacked by a demon skelleton. I know normal for the time being. My problem is that it killed me at the cross over and over, and when I re-logged my char. it was still there so after another and I stratigiclly tried to save one of us(witch failed...) I forgot part of my chars. racial language.

Can we maby make it so monsters can't go in the cross area.. I don't know if it is possible but it would help.

It would make sense that they can't go into the cross areas, being it a holy place and all. Good idea Gishmel

Also, I'm sure a GM will restore the language skills. Probably NOT other skills, though.

Just to double check, you do lose skills when you die, right? And also, how much do you lose? Maybe that's why it seems like my peasantry isn't going up hardly ><

yes you do, and the amount depends on how long you are dead for.

Simple short term suggestion : Make the cross one level under it; NPCS cant cross ladders....

the npcs will stand on top and kill whatever comes out ...

It would be a little more complecated, but you could make two exits one a distance from the other.

The same happens to Thariel and me as we were searching for Alexander. We were killed and at the cross two red skelletons did it over and over again
