I was just wondering how i could get 450 coppers to buy crucible pincers to start smithing. does anyone know how either to make money or smith?

Nope. No one knows. Its a complete mystery and I suppose you're out of luck.
Try doing something small on the side to earn money. Like mining (because thats all anyone can do on the current client) to build up cash. Smithing, as I'm told, is awfully expensive, you should be prepared BEFORE you start. Thats enough for now, perhaps you should find out in game. This is, after all, a role playing game.

Try asking smiths IG. I am sure a few will sell tools for less than 450.

If I'm feeling a little better, I may play my smith otnight, who is always happy to sell his wares, and happens to have a small stockpile of smithing tools, and can help you along the way of learning.
