i cannot play the game but i have a registerd account!

i can't play the game, it says the name isn't found but my player's name has been approved. the technical FAQ doesn't help and i am stuck.

Is that why the game doesn't recognise Balren Goldsmith as an account?

Its not accounts is characters you play.
Click account and create on and once his/her name is accepted click on their name and spend the points
