Just wondering... Is there SUPPOSED to be a mirror on the roof of the library?

That poor fellow missed a quest as it seems
The mirror won't be there forever, it will be removed soon for Timrek the Gorf was defeated by the treason of Ankhar and minor help from some peasants.
