I am trying to find the yellow cross so I can get resurrected, But I cant Find it, and also, I cant seem to use anything.

You cannot get to the cross cause the doors to the city are closed. You need to go to the roof of the Grey Rose castle and use the mirror. Then walk off the library roof and head east to the cross. Use the mirror on top of the library to get back out of the town.

there is one in trolls bane but since the gates are closed you cant get there...there is on in Varshikar the city to the north and i think one in Greenbriar the city of the haflings. i dont knwo how to give you directions other than Varshikar is on the edge of the desert.

As Avareniah said, and the GMs too, the TB one is accessible currently thru the mirror portal ontop of Grey Rose castle.

Yes, either walk to Varshikar (north east, long way) or use the mirror.
