May I suggest then a slight variation on the foreplanned time.
The time of ((Saturday 9pm GMT)) should give all mages plenty of time to attend, and it should be held in the same place as usual.
It may also be a good oppertunity to discuss how we mages can help in the effort against Dravish.

(( I dont see why stamps could not be about, they are but images and could be interperated as a currancy invented by the elfs to use amongst themselves. ))

- for stamps you need an official, country-wide organized post office thing. Paper must be cheap enough to make stamps from it, AND you must develop a quick working waterish glue. Stamps do not fit the background, they are a part of our own reality AND CULTURE ! and definitely have nothing to do in illarion. ))

(( Stamps were not in themselves designed as a postal service, they have been used for various matters. A stamp in iteslf was created as a form of payment, this is why during war, food stamps are issued. Not as a postal device but an organised currancyt set up by the country to distribute food in an organised manner ))
