i need someone to sort out something for me.

everytime i run illarion on my computer it asks for the username and password. i type in my charecters name (mataric) and password, then the screen turns black, a white hand appears. Then it closes down, and says that the charecter-password combination is not reconised.

What should i do ??????????

Have you made an account? And has your account past the testquestions?

Have you typed the password right? Capital and lower letters?
