Whenever i start the game it keeps giving me an error saying that no character with that name has been found,i did create a character by the name of Suhsam and the name also got accepted,so can someone tell me whats causing this problem?

You most likely still need to set attributes. To do so, go to account, then log-in, select the character (if it says playable, the attirbutes are set) it should say name accepted. Now, set your points in your attributes, and you are good to go.
