Ok. for the elves craftsman place where is the inn/beds?

And when you find then... how do you sleep?

I can't find anyone else around to ask and the only other guy just says don't you touch me and never moves.

Please help me

If you are in vanima, place where elves start, your bed is anywhere in nature. Elves sleep under the stars. Sleep is not a "game mechanic" thing only an RP thing. If you are too tired and hungry, then eat. If you can not concentrate on learning then do not work for a long while.

Hard to tell. If you give them greetings they will tell you their names. If you grab them they will either be anoyed and tell you to not touch them or tell you their room number at the inn.

Omgosh... If I grabbed them both I didn't know... I don't even know how to grab... but they semed like the same person and they never had their names hidden.

If it does not have a number or name above its head, it is an NPC.
Becareful exploreing the map some npcs are monsters and as such bite
If it doest attack you and doesnt have a number it is a npc, hello,help who are you and other simple phrase should get a response.

You have to talk to the elf NPC there in elven. He doesn't know Common. To change languages type !l elf and !l common, where "l" is a lowercase L

The NPC's recognize "Hello" and "help" for starters.

the elf NPC on the top floor of Vanima's "city" is named Elinas, you must type !l elf(a lowercase L), then hit enter, then try talking. Hello is the best starter.

Greetings my fellow inhabitants.

I was really wondering how I could change to elf language and stufff cause I have this NPC that keeps asking to talk in elvish and if I'm interested to learn elvish.
I am an elf so thank you Tzi Hahasus for this tip (didn't find that in the manual how to change languages).

Also If I wouldn't be an elf. With this NPC how would I trigger him to learn it to me?

I don't think the language teachers are working yet.

you type !l <race> with the l being a lowercase L to change to the desired language. elf is !l elf, dwarf, !l dawrf, etc...
