We would like to remind the south that they are in debt to the north of the following amounts.

One set of tailoring equipment

Raw materials enough to construct a small structure

1000 coin on behalf of Kamik Windslasher

Yours faithfully

Your northern allies

I want to know why you are trying to enslave the entire town to erect a statue, and why you are charging us an insane ammount of coins becuase of Kamik.

Enslave a town? who's town are we enslaving to build a statue, it's so like people who have no business in others affairs to be the first to open there mouths and spout out idiocys. these items are things that are owed to Varshikar, the sewing itmes and raw materials i believe were left over form the settlement on the issue of the desert. as to Kamik's debt he encroutched several times on our land expressly during a period of time when tresspassing was not being allowed, under the circumstance of him being a guard. since he chose not to follow the rules of the land his bill has been thusly subverted to his employers at the time, who should have done there utmost to keep him in line but apprently failed at that.

In the future Capus, learn to ask questions without throwing accusations in with them, people like you make the rest of trolls bane seem like ignorant asses, when apprently its just a small minority led by yourself

A nice joke,

Remind, Varshikar, we were in debate about the taxes of Varshikar and Trolls Bane. In position of the councilor of Troll´s Bane i had 3, 4 ore more debate partners of Varshikar. Noone of them had the power to change something. Lord Aristeaus spent his time in Tol Vanima when i waited for him - we had a date, he missed.

To those wishs of Varshikar,

I can not speak about the topic around Kamik. And i do not know, why do you want raw materials. I am sure, that Pendar find a solution...

But the tailoring tools are not yours. It was an offer of Troll`s Bane, to make a gift to Varshikar in depent on some special results during our debates about the taxes...

Because these meetings failed, Varshikar has no right for these tools.

In general i am very disappointed personally by the acting of some Varshikaries. This town of the north only can make trouble and calims more and more outside of her sphere.

But when someone like me tries to set up a normal situation, makes proposales or wants to trade with them, Varshikar ignores them... For example these tailoring tools, for example my personal try to etablish an trade in matter of sand of the dessert...

Varshikar ignores all! They only can claim.

I am very happy to be free again. It is a really good time without the whole trouble in matter of political troubles between both towns. I only want to warn you all not to make the same mistakes.

An exspression. As i see no reason for us to donate tailoring tools and ore to a town that charges us money to dig up sand.

If you want, stay up in your own little half built town. Make your own money and keep all of your people up there. It is apparently your fault we lost one of the best guards this city has ever seen.

Also, it would be wise to try and correct one before insulting him for being Ignorant. The word means Not Knowing Something. But you would need to be told a thing to learn it. Im not able to read minds, and your not able to show kindness to someone asking a question.

I see no reason talking to a child not even shown on the official citizens list of Trollsbane who apparently thinks he's allowed or in any way obliged to speak on behalf of the whole town.
For your own convenience, stay out of grown up things like this.

I shall await for Pendars reply, the ignorance of the rose astounds me. No offence meant Lennier, but you no longer speak for the town. And can some one please tell me who allows a child to write upon these legal documents.

I ask you Aristeaus, Upon whom did Kamik wish to strike?. I write upon this document for the sake that i will help them pay their debt. But I do want to know whom he attacked.

His companion raised blade to Moskher Herzsche. The debt fell upon Kamik due to the man taking responsibility for thier actions.

Aristeaus, i am not your debating partner - no more - thats right. But i am still a citizen.. And i am alive and can remind me on our meetings in the past. I "was" your debating partner in case of the taxes. I only want to clear the story about the tailoring tools.

If Varshikar really needs help, i am sure, that Pendar agree with you. And i am sure the Grey Rose would agree too. But Varshikar should not send only some few little sentences without to explain the points.

For what you ask your friends of Trolls Bane for raw materials? Why do you want these tools now?

There is something Varshikar can offer? Or it is really only a claim, only for the own side?

Lennier, the meeting has been held. the agreement made. This took place after your leaving.

All that is written has been agreed. I do not claim anything which has not been agreed upon. If you wish to know more of these arrangements speak to Pendar, it is for him to give this information, not me.

Thus you should not make public your bills against Trolls Bane, if you do not want questions in public.

I have a very important question to ask Aristeaus on this matter, and it is:

How are you today, Arist?

I took responsability for the dwarf I didn't even know well, indeed, that is true. To preserve the name of our city. I didn't know back then the taxes amount and that was a terrible mistake yet to be solved.
However, Lord, ask your favourite diplomat about a certain duel he proposed to me right out of the Grey Refuse.
The dwarf, however, never touched him.

Your coins will be delivered soon. But remove it from Troll's Bane dept. It's mine and only.

Aristeaus my thanks for persueing this matter so directly, though I do not see why a dove would not have sufficed.
That said allow me a little time to oragnise the tools and have them taken north for you, would be my pleasure.
The ore you never gave me number and left the matter hanging.
The issue of this debt you will recall me offering you coin personally at the time of the meeting. At the time this remuneration was not expediant to you, so I do not feel obliged to pick up the debt again at your whim.
Yours sincerly
Pendar Fayed captain of trollsbane guard.

Yes. I did offer you a duel, Kamik, for while I was speaking to you on official duty, on yet another attempt to collect money due us, you had the gall to slight me for another's sins. I will not have it said that I treated Caitlin as anything less than a lady, regardless of the result. You accepted and struck, and I returned the favor by cutting you open, indeed. However, you haven't learned your lesson, it appears.

What that has to do with anything, I'll never be able to guess.

In any case, you can't pay and your Captain said he would in good faith. We have returned a large portion of the desert into the safekeeping of the public. In return we were offered ore, tailoring equipment, and past due copper--the last would be your debt to your city.

I was witness of this deal that was struck, and even as I was part of it, advising our Sovereign Lord, I do still question Trollsbane. Lennier may have forgotten, and Pendar may not have been around, but I remember well the early dealings of the Concubius with Irenicus; when we worked as a team to discover the plots and whereabouts of the vile Trystan Gravstyn. I remember personally informing Irenicus of the movements of the Bloodskulls just prior to that long-lasting war.

However, it seemed, that our relationship was and always had been one-sided. It was always the matter that were we to expect the same treatment from Trollsbane, we would have to give up land, resources, and perhaps the very soul of our Kingdom.

It is my hope that this situation has changed. That we can deal equally with our neighbors to the west. My prayers are upon it; but my expectations are so low.

As to the amount of ore, it is the way of our people that we judge our alliances in such a way. We give our neighbors a chance to tell us how much we are worth to them. It is my opinion that expecting an amount would be an insult, even, for that would be like telling you that you are like unto us a debt of that amount--just as Kamik has become likened unto a debt, specifically of 1000 coppers. This is not the way of friends, to make demands.

Moskher Heszche,
Advisor to our Sovereign Lord

I want excuse me to used some harsh words against Varshikar.

Sorry. They are the result of my own and personally experiences in contact with Varshikar in matter of old meetings in the past without any direct results. It is only my own view and i believe i overacted here. Take my words like of an old disappointed man ... or what ever.

But I still believe, that the announcements of Varshikar need a change. The kind of way to make announcements is not the best - really.

The first letter here, made in public, looks like a provocative bill for something the public does not know why. With some more explanations Varshikar would have a better reputation.

Aristeaus, Kamik is correct. As he is no longer a member of the town guard, his debt is no longer the town's; yet you have what you want - Kamik's removal from our guard. When you get your copper, what price will you demand next? His head? Seek your copper from Kamik alone, not from the town, and then kindly keep your hand from our walls if it is merely to harass citizens and guards for debts that are not theirs to worry about. I speak for myelf, of course, and not for the guard, but I do hope that Pendar will second my words.

Your citizen, Kamik Windslasher, owes 1000 copper coins to Varshikar. He has had months to pay it, he has made no effort to do so. It is the problem of the leader of your town, Pendar Fayed, if a citizen of his town does not pay the money he owes. And you should really let your captain speak for you, as it is your place as a lower ranking guard.

Truely,
Marius

As I said, Marius, I am speaking for myself not for the guard. My position remains. Pendar has enough to deal with, and Kamik himself is willing to claim all responsibility for the debt.If you wish, you may press me for it as well, Varshikarians, as he is my fiance.it is not the town's debt though

My above letter clearly explains I offered Aristeaus the coin at the meeting personally and that the arrangement was not agreeable to him.
Why my coin was no good in this matter is something only he can explain I make no judgement on the matter.
How ever as my coin was declined I will indulge no further discussion about this paltry sum of money in relation to trollsbane, myself or political standing.
The ore again it was my understanding it was for the construction of a building and once the amount required to complete contruction was knowen I would be made aware. The deal was concluded with the words give me notice when you need it. I will view this as notice and the rest as over sight not insult.
Time is a great revealer and I am happy to say my hopes for the future are higher than Moskhers expectations. Our daily relationship with the vashikari is excellent with only a few people grinding old axes in a new world.
Yours in service
Pendar Fayed
Captain of trollsbane's guard
