I am not able to log in with my character today, and I am not able to create a new one either. The server status on the Illarion webpage says it is online, but if it is, why am I not able to connect? I even tried to reinstall the program...and that didn't help either. Is the server down?

you have to wait until the server gets back on.
there is no way you can  connect until then.

It's back up now.
