Hello all,

I was in vanima this morning and it was very..Empty.
It seems a shame since the isle has so much rp potential.

So in a bid to encourage others to come and stay in vanima, i will not leave it. If you wish to find my character come to Vanima.

Unfortunately, it's likely to be like this for all racial towns. I hardly go to Greenbriar anymore.

One thing I personally have noticed, is that since Silberbrand has moved from being under the town, to being away from the town, there are fewer people there. I think if it were easier to get to different racial towns then people would spend more time there, because, like it or not, trollsbane is always going to be the centre of attention, baring ome disaster happening there.

So if people could stay in thier racial town, and going to trollsbane was merly a case of popping down the shops, as opposed to walking for miles, then people would be more inclined to stay there.

Tzi hardly ever leaves Tol Vanima, but I have noticed on other chars the last couple of days that Trolls Bane has developed a large elven population that could be populating Vanima instead. It would be understandble if these elves were rp'ing with non-elves, but they're not. So why can't the rp move from Trolls Bane to Tol Vanima?

That is the main problem, the only way they'll move, if is a few of us, never leave and are always there.

Maybe if we had some quests set in and around other towns this would help too.
At the moment all quests seem to be happening in Trollsbane. Spread them around and you will spread the RP.

Definatley, the drow attack on vanima, was the best quest i've ever taken part in.

Damien and me are often in Vanima....this means...when we are online at the same time

Problem is there is nothing to do on Vanima, the only npc only buys bows, no one wants to stay somewhere they can'tlive.

maybe it would be better if there were some trolls in the forest because elves who wish to practice with bows could then train on them so they could sell there bows there and it would attract other races who want to buy bows. Also if all elves lived In Vanima it would mean that anyone who wanted to learn carpentry would have to go there and the elven players would become richer. so you could purchase more things for Vanima.

nah trolls in the elven forest are no fun. we sleep very often in the forest. I dont want my elven char to be attacked just because I searched a nice sleeping place. the only thing we can do are more quests. I loved the drow quest, although we had a secret meeting while this happends. we should do this more often.

Yes, I think it is best that Tol' Vanima stay a peaceful place to be.

Fainne is moving to Vanima and willl barely ever go back to Trolllsbane because of all the recent muders.

Garett is in TB to buy certain rapiers and some elven armour so he can protect Vanima from another drow attack. He is also collecting leather hides and threads so he can come back to Vanima for a long time.

My character is always in the halfling town when I log in. Probly why no-one knows of me!

Well.. The only reason Calilmal, my elven female, stays in Troll's Bane is because of Tiklian. If Tiklian moves, she moves.

Yes, having what was beginning to seem like an endless stream of elves FINALLY show up as I was bored as hell on Vanima was great. I'd like to thank all the elves for showing up, and I'd really like to thank Eowar for letting me depress him within his first...15 mins or so...lol
