What professions are implemented?

Ok, since I read that the magic system isnt implemented yet, after making my magic character, I'd just like to know what professions are fully implemented.

Tailoring and Herb lore are only partially implemented.

You can also create dyes and potions with alchemy, but it's only partially implemented.
