My Account is taking quite long to be accepted

My sister made an account and it got rejected very quickly. I Made an Account about 1 hour after and have been waiting for it for around 5 hours. im sure its no problem but just incase it is, can a mod/admin/GM please look into it?

Going through the account applications can take longer then just 5 hours, especialy at late hours (in austria/germany).

A day is nothing. They make it very clear an acceptance could take anywere from an hour to a week. If you cant wait that long to get in-game, i frankly would find it hard to progress your character's roleplay with such impatience.

We try to process every application in max. 12 hours. We really read every application and make our judgement.

I made an character an hour ago still not accepted... im at a part where its about appropiate names... mines Curran... thats not inappropiate right?

Patience.
As soon as a GM finds some spare minutes he/she is willing to sacrefice your character will be checked and either approved or rejected.
