i try to log on and it tells me that there is no char with that name but ive checked the name over and over again and the password and the char was approved and the account was as well.....what do i do?!

After you make an account, and sent in the story, you should get an acceptance email. If that is true, you make ANOTHER account, put in some description, and then if it says; name accepted do the following:

Click his name.
Destribute the points, so they add up to 84.
Click ok.
See ya in game!
