Citizens and visitors,

I am placing this parchment on the wall as a warning. A figure appeared today claiming to be the 8th victim of the one we call the Executioner. Although I do not know if this figure can be trusted to provide the truth, it is alleged that there are more victims intended. I can only advise everyone to be on the alert, and to watch out for your friends. It appears that only those of pure human blood have not been targeted for an attack. All others are cautioned. This may be a false alarm, but it is best to remain vigilant.

The ninth has been claimed, a hobbit named Merrin, struck down in the library.

Kamiks goes check the wall as he always does every morning. His eyes are attracted by the handwritting of his fiancee once again and the name "Executioner". He reads the entire message and his eyes narrows at the "pure human blood".

He mutters as a small pair of point ears perks out of his long blue hair.

Sylathen sighs and walks up to the board and places a peice of parchment.

"Another warning,

Please try not to enter the Library alone, as two of the last three attacks have occured there. New information has showed up by the work of one of the Pages of Kallahorn. He found out that the Executioner takes the ones soul to make him stronger. Please be carefull and proceed with caution. I am already in the process of Investigating.

How many will this person kill? 13? to fulfill Moshran's bidding? and why does he not spill human blood... he spilt half-elves; which could count as half-human...
