Something's Wrong With The Server - It seems to be idle

When I tried logging in, every thing was black. I waited for a long while but nothing happened. I tried logging in other chars but it still didn't work. That's why I tried creating a char next. But the statistic value keeps saying: Connecting... and the race menu is blank. What's going on?
