Problems with Boards - Important...

I don't know if it's the boards fault that the topics are posting twice, or if it's the persons fault. But whatever the reason, it needs to stop. Hopefully we can correct this.
(And I have noticed quite a number of german posts, some by people who speak O.K. english, and it is strange. I recall hearing "...We are trying to hold this board in english..."
And, as my last complaint, these stupid "i am a dark lord die die die worship me or die" posts are extremely annoying, the grammar in the posts are terrible, and they make NO sense.
So please, people, before you post:
1. Think about what you're going to type
2. Type it/Fix it
3. Check it, if it needs correction, go to #2.
4. Click ONCE on the Submit button, or Preview to view it.
DO NOT spam your post with racist/stupid comments, I have seen more than a LOT in the past few days.

is it you, master yoda?
@erdrick: there is a problem with keeping this board entirely in englisch, namely that there quite a number of people who are not good in english or who don't know english at all (some of them think they can write german, but i ensure you, they can't, there are numerous people who can't write a german sentence without at least 3 mistakes (without exaggeration!).
however, as soon as you think that you need to understand something, just ask for it in the thread and i guess someone will give you a short summary of what was said before.

You can't post something twice, it says: "Thanks for submitting"
Maybe it's a bug, but you can't do it if you want to.

I have noticed that it is the person's fault when posts come out twice. Yes, there is a mechanism in place to prevent it, but it still happens.
About speaking with NO grammar, I also hate this. Mostly people who write giant paragraphs with NO periods or commas. It IS impossible to understand.
Maybe we should post Erdrick's pointers somewhere on the website under the rules of board use.
I realize that some people out there can't speak good english, and I don't have a problem with that. But I have seen numerous posts where the title is written in english, then every post on that topic is in german. This amounts to some annoyance, as I usually use the title as the indicator of the language.
Please, if it's german, name it in german. If it's english, name it in english.

Theres some people who only speak english, and we still can't understand them.
Makes me wonder what language they ARE good at.

Remember, not all people speak German or English as their native language.
Me for instance, I think that I can speak English pretty well, but German.. Err.. Let's just say that I moderately understand it, speaking/writing is completely another thing.
I do have to agree with Astral, thought.
