Hello,

Ok, so application approved etc., I'm ready to go, I'm really wanting to be a druid.

Start up Illarion, crashes, that's ok, try again, all right, it's a-ok this time.

I miss the introduction, press help, all right, that's ok, druid, ok, I'm thinking druid. It's like I've been waiting my whole life to become a druid. I'm really in character here.

I've got a druid mantra going here.

I want to be a craftsman.

Ah, ther-wait.

WHAT THE?!

CRAFTSMAN?!

DIE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND! DIEEEEE!!!!!

Any way to fix this?

Thanks ^_^

this doesnt determine what you do, just your starting items.
you acctually got more stuff but less copper from the start, all mages get is a shirt and trousers and 250 copper
craftsman get an axe copper, shirt, and trousers
so its not much different

 did you read the message after that? It sad afterword you could work on other things you are not forever doomed to being a craftsman.I want to be a druid but it takes alot of work and time.So it might take a while for you to actually become a druid. You should probably start with smaller jobs to earn money. P.S.dont waste your money like i did it's not that easy to earn back :P

As I understand it, your starting choice is not a big deal. It simply determines what low-level skills you get, how much money, and what tools. You *ahem* may be better off with craftsman--you have some skills you can live off of, and a couple tools. I'm not positive that druidry works now, so a side job as a coal miner or staff-handle carver might feed your char until he/she can work.

If you're really upset about it, you can delete your char and make a new one

[edit]
wow, in the two minutes it took to type that two other people posted ahead of me. I'll leave this anyways.

Whew.
