In the older system of tailoring, you would get an option of about 7 different color cloths when you first put the balls of wool to the loom. Each color cloth made different items, and some items were even exclusive to those certain colors.

It makes more sense now, with gray cloth being the only color that comes out of the loom. Though if you someone like Tzi, she'll mention how weird it is that for some reason, leaving gray wool cloth out in the sun ingame will "bleach" it to white cloth. It's wool!! I mean, we're just saying.... it's not like sheep get any whiter just standing out there in the fields ;D . Ah, well.

Erart is developing a new way to bleach cloth faster never fear. It will cost 250 copper for the idea. Which basically consists of moving it up to the top floor of a building Closer to the sun you see, makes it frothy, lightens it up

And why is Erart the carpenter developing ways to bleach clothes? Damn, don't spring from one trade to the other PO Erart *shakes his head*. Erart is a carpenter, so stay with that.
