The moonlight captures a short but masculine form dressed in a poorly crafted chest plate siting on a rock. Grutar sits and stares into the sea in deep thought, he remembers back when he had a home, when he had friends...

It was a cold but silent night. An orc approches grutar, hair plated down to his sholders, his eyes filled with anger towards Grutar. The orc cheften leans over and wispers softly in orcish language "When I tell you an order you obey like everyone else!. You do what you did on Kail again and I will have your damn head". The cheften makes his way back to the hordes tents.

Winter was approaching, the tribe had not saved up enough food and materials to last through the months of mas. The tribe had to conduct another raid on a small Elven farming community on the south eastern region of the island. The community was an easy target with few soldiers to guard and lots of food for the taking.

Grutar awakes to the sound of clashing steal. He looks out of his tent to see what the riot is. "Brotherens journey forth to Lurantiss. There be were we raid. Make sure by the end of it nothing breeths" the cheften yells. The horde moves off leaving Grutar behind. Grutar falls to his knees. "no, why did they leave me. Why do they reject me. Grutar picks himself up slowly making his way out of his tent and towards the armory. All that remains is a old rusty chain shirt and a double axe. Grutar straps himself up and flings the doulbe axe over his shoulder, he walks out the tent and journeys forth to Lurantiss.

Grutar walks the dry plains for nine hours without food or water before he finally meets up with the horde who had already established camp.
Grutar walks in slowly the other orcs stairing at him and calling him names
"oomie helper".
Grutar tries to take no notice of the other orcs. He makes his way towards the cheften and taps him on the shoulder. "Father why did you abandon me, Why did you not wake me".
"Waking you is a waste of my time. You won't do what I tell you to do so why?. just go back home were you belong".
Then his father walks off to lead the raid.
Grutar's hate grow, rejected by his own father. Why couldnt he understand him. The horde never understood him. He didnt belong.
he couldnt let the elves die, he had to warn them.

Grutar filled with anger hits his father and runs of towards Lurantiss.
The horde following closly behind him.

Grutar runs into Lurantiss screaming. "prepare yourself the horde is coming" but it was to late. He wasnt fast enough by the time he got to the town square they were already at the gates destroying everything. His heart sank he was to late. minutes later all that remaid was a burning town and a screaming elven girl, she lay on her stomach on the ground clutching a small doll. Standing over her was a member of the horde wielding a wicked looking scimitar.

Grutar weilds his double axe firmly and runs towards the orc slashing at his chest " leave the girl alone".
Two members of the horde slash at Grutar he parry's them both and lands a solid blow on them. more come he is outnumbered. He picks the little girl up and tells her to run as far as she can towards the docks. She runs. The horde approches Grutar, he attemps to hold them off but fails. They grab him and his weapon and snap it in half. Grutar now motionless watchs as his father approches him. "I told you not to do this. Now you suffer the consequences". His father pulls an axe from his shilt and rises it above his shoulder. " Farewell son". Grutar struggles with all his might and bracks free. He sprints towards the dock and sees the boat departing. "after him" his father yells.
Grutar runs towards the dock, running along the wooden planks he jumps and grabs onto a rope witch hangs over the side of the ship and climbs aboard. several orcs jump after him but they miss and plummle into the rich salty sea.

The boat sails across the sea. he lays on the deck for what seems to be like weeks but it couldn't have been he had brought no water or food with him,the ship pulls into a dock on and isle known as Gobaith
