I hereby would like to annouce to the concerned citizens and to the Guard that Joshua Bithmont is in jail. He was caught by me due to the accusation of putting danger to the life of others, an example: Maggie Kemoc, the victim and witness. I, actually, saw his attempts and he admited it himself.
His poisonous blade is within my posession as evidence.

I think a trial should be called, letting the people harmed by this criminal to judge his destiny.

At your service and protection,

Kamik Windslasher

Break Out

A man with a lumberjack axe heads over to the Jail to visit Joshua. After a quick discussion Joshua passes a peice of paper over. The man nods and walks off.

About an hour later he returns with some fruity clothing on and looks at the guard,
"Hello, im with the food delivery service. Here is your paid for belly fillers!" As planned the hungry jail guard takes the apples and mushrooms. After finishing the apples he takes a bite from the white stalky mushroom. Moments later he is too sick to relize he is being bound, gaged, and blindfolded.

The other man takes out an axe and starts to hack away at the lock, soon breaking in. Joshua steals the guard's hammer and rushes off with the other male, clear out of town....

Leaning upon the side walls of the towns jail shrouded by the shadows, a man clothed in rich silk clothes of a dark weave observes the jail break with a comical grin upon his lips.

Farel was a bad guard in many ways, his love for good company, the joy of sharing fine wine, the lack of responsiblity within his character. Ahh yes and his obssesion for gambling which had got him on this isle in the first place.

On the reverse, these qualities served his past career well, and the weaknesses it bought out in his currant life truely were skills which others would wish the gain.

Well back to the matter at hand, ahh yes the jail break. Although unexpected the young man who now observes the scene happned to be trying to break into the jail himself. He had made a promise to this very Joshua to break his arm if he broke his promise, a debt the young man would happily pay. But now this changed everything, the nerve of this man setting his client free, and with the debt unpaid. Well there was still fun to be had.

As the two men made of into the night, Farel followed...

soon the two split apart, the other man ran at incredible speeds to the north... Joshua kept at a steady pace reaching upon the town shop. After a long battle with Faladron, Josh fled up to Vashikar, making his shelter there.

((oh great... PO Joshua, wanna know, nevermind... BUT didn't you think that the watchman in the jail is well informed about the one who brings the food? Or didn't you think that the jail is well guarded? Or didn't you think that all that food Kamik gave to Joshua was enough AND the watchman SAW it, then obvisouly knowing the next round of food would take some time? No, I don't think you thought of these things even though we agreed to play fair since the the door to the jail can't be opened and locked... I only hope to find you soon))

Kamik walks from the jail and sighs. For once he thought twice about his position on the guard, about his dreams and pondered if he was making it worth - and all that because of escaping of Joshua. But now, the low criminal was in jail again and Kamik tried to avoid the thoughts by writting the following message on the wall:

Joshua was caught. Again. And is in jail.
I leave the rest to the captain to decide and the people harmed by the criminal. He can't, however, be set free since he refuses to leave town even knowing he is wrong and in the presence of a guard. He doesn't seem to care about his own life or the life of others, I think this has to be remembered during his trial.

With all the matters in his mind, Kamik pins the messafe forgetting to sign it.

A dove flies in through the cell window, carrying a message...

A bit later, a cloaked man walks in. "I need to see Joshua," he says. "...If that is allowed after what happened."

Callith walks into the jail, and looks at everything going on, he wears a scowl as one would wear a cloak.

"Is that the priest in there Kamik?"

Kamik shakes his head to Callith.

He called himself a monk, Callith. But, in truth, no monks would act that way... Well, I can't say much not knowing the God he serves.

An elf clad in blue looks through the bars of the window, and at Callith and Kamik

Good work for the recapture, i had to say it personally to you...

He looks at Joshua, you deserved worse treatment that you have gotten... what god do you even serve? not even the god of death would forse you to do things like that

He then walks in and knocks on the main door

May i join you brothers? may i testify against the accused?

Kamik nods to the elf and opens the door for him to enter.

Were you harmed by Joshua too? If that's the case, your words will as well be taken on his judgement, to decide his destiny.

Kamik pulls his blue hair behind, forgetting it was just cut some days ago - the hair falls again over his face as he gives a brief smile towards the elf.

"Well... I don't want to talk to him with this many people here. The only ones needed would be Kamik, me, and Joshua. Can I not speak to him without all these people here?!" Seron said. He wouldn't be able to find out anything with so many other people there.

I was not harmed, not physically at least; i walked away as i saw him coming.

The worse hurt was hearing my friends tell of his attacks, and having to save a tied up elf.

He deserves worse

Callith looks at all the people, angrily.

"Kamik, and human can stay, Elliron, go away."

"Kamik, Pendar is currently indisposed, that put me in charge untill he is done, or you can go visit him chained to the roof of the inn. He is however unlikely to want to be disturbed."

He turns to the man

"What do you want with the monk?"

OOC: you recognised me? i never gave a name

The elf clad in blue sees that he is not wanted there, so he steps away

He then waits outside to see what is going to happen, armed with a bow and ready for the worst

Seron clears his throat. "I only need one guard... Must you both remain here?"
Seron then whispered, just quiet enough so that the monk wouldn't be able to hear if he was awake, "I need to talk to him, find out why he did that stuff. It might help you you pretended not to be here, hiding on the other side. You can make sure nothing happens from there, without him knowing somebody else is here. I have a feeling some kind of drug might have been used on him, or he might be possessed."

Kamik stares directly at Seron's eyes.

He wasn't and isn't possessed, Seron. And I understand your will to speak with him as a concerned citizen, but,do you really think it's necessary now? Well...

Kamik turns to Callith.

I'll leave to you. Seron wait till a public trial or can he talk with him now?

Makes a face, his expression making clear his opinion: the second choice.

I will be outside with the elf, if I'm needed.

Kamik nods to both and leaves the jail, his head turning to each side as he leaves, searching for the elf in blue.

"No Seron, maybe the first time he was jailed I would have let you, but this time, it's clear he knew what he was doing."

"I suppose we won't have any extra information until trial then," Seron said, and left the jail.
