Ok, i've been gone a long time. And when I tried to login to my account,
Alatris Zeuel, he was not found in the database.

Is he deleted? I would really like to play Ilalrion, please help.

How Long? Before or After the Reset?

if before:

This is what you should do. Create an account and add your old characters, including Alatris. Make sure to remember his old password! I'll be about for quite a while yet, so I should be able to monitor how things go for you.
