2 Questions really, Just didnt know where to put them

When you fail to make an item it used to use up some part of the items used. Like a carpenter fails to make a staff and looses a branch. Will this ever start up again?
When you mine, or chop wood, or whatever your food lvl never seems to go down, just does on fighting. Will this be changed?

I hope not, that's one of those things that work against powergaming the way it is now. Honestly, I don't want to see a carpenter take down a whole forest again just for a single staff. That's a less-so-fond memory from the old client, I'd rather not go back in that direction.

Hmm, since I'm not too keen on exploring craft systems, I'm not sure, but I'm under the impression that fighting does not lower this level anymore at the moment. I think the food-system is bugged, but I may be wrong. My character is always stuffed and can go without any nourishment for the longest time.

I think the contrary, it supports powergaming and it creates no need in the economic. Each try, also the failed ones, gives you success in learning a skill. Now, one can make with few resources and several failed trials much more skill points. When it is changed, he needs more resources, other players may support him and gain also profit, the prices of items will rise because of more resources needed, therefore you needn't sell quantity to make enough profit.

From my experiences, the food level only goes down while fighting ... until the level, that the health bar doesn't grow anymore. While crafting, the food level stays the same. I, too, hope, that this will change.

Who says you need to make absurd quantities? That exactly is powergaming. There are quality levels in place. And we've chewed through this subject several times that many players were annoyed with all the pointless break rates. So now all of a sudden we go back to that?

Actually, yes, but, actually. No.
Last time I played my character fought about 8 or 9 NPC bandits in a row, being stuffed before it, and being stuffed after the combat. Food level did not decrease from the fighting, healing rate stayed the same. I'd be glad if someone else could check and verify if it's still working right, because it did not seem to be working like it did a week ago or so.

Yesterday, fighting mummies, it was ok and worked.
Maybe, if you don't loose health, the food level stayed the same?
Or to say it in another way, maybe only if food is needed to restore health, the food level goes down?

Maybe that's the reason it didn't seem to work for me. Then again though, I'm quite positive that the character lost about 1/5th of his life bar a few times, and it always regenerated back, so I can't be sure about it.

Well you can get like 4 lvls of stuffed before you get sick, so I guess you just used like 3 or less of them

The character is constantly stuffed or sick lately. Maybe I should start powergaming before I RP my character to be overweight. Hah, yeah right.
Tea time.

It makes it a little unrealistic. You only use food if you've been fighting? That means food is only in demand from fighters.

You could loose all health and still not be hungry, however after you had regenerated it all you would probobly be starving. This is my experience, your food level goes down as your health goes up.
