Dear Illarians,

I have always fought to keep a balance in Illarion, hoping to not only serve for good, but serve the people. I have been cheating death a long time and it has worn me down to a nub.
After realzing that My skills had made me nearly indestructable in these lands, hence giving me much power.. I have been fighting this evil that has crept into my heart.
Though I play with the Demon often, I have had many an urge to infilict harm on others whom may not deserved it.

And so with this fear of me doing these things and my will breaking as the day's pass..
I now hang my swords on the mantle over my fireplace and smile at the many memorise I have.

I shall be in the lands, though you will know me better as a tradesman, and a gather of information. I now dedicate mylife to help those in need, without having to use a blade.

"It's is a sad day when a man can not hold a sword without thinking of the killing it has done"

I lastly want to say, Damien I am sorry if I have let you down any. I hope you understand, but I can no longer be a templar.

You did not leave us down at all. You have been a honorable Templar, and you are a honorable Scribe.
To act, like you did, shows your wisdom, and that you can use your mind.
I myself have considered laying down the blade. I did it. And was forced to use it again. For i am a scribe, no fighter, i also have to train my fighting skills now, to keep used to them - an annoying thing. I would like to concentrate on the books, and meditation.
I hope you will not be forced, like i was, to use the sword again, against living and thinking beeings.
