Just because you don't know how you died, it doesn't neccessarily mean it was a bug.
Some people may have abilities that you don't know about.
Of course i don't know for sure if this is the case for you but i would think that it most likely is, or a maybe a really good archer who got you in one hit and you didn't even see it.

well, I don't think you're one of those who's dumb enough to stand beside a deamon w/o knowing, but I just felt like putting it down for entertainment factors

anyways, if you're by the shop, you should be fine... could be a possible bug, however I don't have a clue what snails are in game... never really seen one before... Ask Bror to look up the log and find out what really happened there. According to him, the game is going into a database ran service. Which means every thing that's done could be looked up. Let's also use this as a chance to see if his new server is up for the challenge @Bror: No offense to your server or anything, just for fun... you know... :P

If you powergame by casting a spell on yourself you die instantly.
Have you thought that you might get punished for "training" with another player?
There are GMs in the game for a reason you know.

the same happened to me,some time ago i logged in,was walking a bit and died.2 other players were on this morning, but they where away at the mine, and i logged in behind the shop at the trees.I send a mail to "the gods" and asked for the reason i died for,i got no answer and the bad thing is that i lost a LOT of skills.i hope it wasn't bug but a player,so i can take revenge

"i was training with snails"
Some GMs call that powergaming.

But it isn't powergaming unless it is taken to extremes! I mean consider this, people used to train so it isn't really powergaming unless taken to extremes.

there is no real way to "stop" ppl from training... A GM have to be on litterly 24/7 just to monitor the chat log. and even then, the two parties who train can just pretend to be having some horrable debate about some lame crap and still get away with it. Training is a pain in the butt for those who abuse it just to pk others, however, it is still needed. What the admin should do to prevent it is so that ppl can't just fight each other and get the skills to keep on going up. I noticed that if two were to fight a long extend of time, skills goes up no matter. The skill should go up as the level of your opponent get stronger. Take my self for example. I started with the flies w shield, then w/o shield, Scorpions w shield, w/o shield, and lastly deamons with shields. That's how I got myself so strong. But if the player were to decide, ok, I'll just carry 250 shields on each hand and stand beside the deamon for 5 min then take some off, then on wards, their skills wont be increased by anything else once reached a certain level, and that'll be the capp. I think that'd be a better way to stop training. At least then they'd have to interact with multiple ppl or enemies to "train" their skills.

Well, in the medival times, people did train each other for fighting... So it is not OOC unless it is taken to the EXTREME. (Not that i push the limits often...)

But this "bug" has never happened to me... I do not usually take risks so i do not die often anyway... So i would be very mad if I died for no reason!

Tha admins don't think it has been something special. The first time, he was killed in training (perhaps snails had a good hit) and the other times it would have been an archer.
