I noticed as i participate in fights, my equipment tears down, what happens if i keep using it? will it break for good?
Is there anywhere i'm supposed to take it to get it fixed? or is it best to just fight without equipment?
I also noticed when i say "Hello" to npcs they'll talk, but after that i cant get another response out of them. This is also the case with NPC merchants. What should i do?

Yes it breaks for good, and you buy new things.
There is a lit of commands for shop keepers in the news section of the page.

Do any creatures drop money, or weapons and armor?
Am i able to fight without any equipment? Like a monk that uses fist fighting?

Some, but not all.

Naked, should work, yes. However, unarmed melee combat is neither a skill nor will it do any significant damage.

They only drop things that make sense. Like, humanoid creatures carrying weapons may drop that weapon, but a pig isn't going to drop a shield, though it will 'drop' meat and leather. A sheep will 'drop' wool, and so on.

I've noticed that i cant trust my characters knowledge on the quality of my equipment. For example, sometimes he will say the armor is used...then right after, he will say it is new.
Is this a bug? or is my character just unsure about these things?

He is just unsure

He also likely does not have the experience to assess the quality of these items.

I understand that equipment breaks as you use it, but i have another question.
Does equipment age, even when it is not in use?

I don't think so, because food doesn't rot either, unless you RP it to.

As far as seeing the quality of an item, perception and knowlege of that skill is what matters.
So a master black smith will see with great sureity the quality of an item and some one with high perception will have a better guess.
A black smith with good pereception would be an expert on a sword.

Am i able to increase my knowledge of the quality of equipment?
Or will i always be unsure about how new or nearly decayed an item is?
