Does a higher amount of INT allow characters to raise their skills for longer amounts of time before being unable to focus?

After a character becomes unfocused from one skill, is he unfocused in other skills as well?

How long does it take to regain focus and raise skills again? Hours? Days?

I believe willpower decides how long you can go before waiting.

I am not sure about the affect of intellegence. The devs are play statistic information pretty close to there chest. The idea being your character should be a concept not a mechanic to gain the most from the client.

When you reach your skill cap you can work on another skill in my expierence. The time it takes until you can "focus" again seems some what random. I know with a newer character the skill cap seems very restrictive but as I get more skilled I am finding that I seldom perform one action long enough to reach my cap any more.
So it is certainly a feature your notice less and less the more skilled a character becomes.
