Erart walks into the inn, in the corner near the fire place he sees the elf he came to meet
"You know why your here right?" writes Erart on a piece of parchment and gives it to the elf
"Yes, I shall begin scouting suitable land, and make maps of them for your review" replies the elf after reading the note
Erart then takes 3 ignots worth of copper coins out of his bag and passes it to the elf
"I want something near water, for docks, but defendable" Erart writes on a note "It also must be close to trees, both apple and conifer and cherry" he then hands the paper to the elf
"Yes, of course I shall find the best places for you, map them then bring them back for your approval" replies the elf
Erart nods to the elf, and quickly stands and leaves, going back to his work
