I'm not sure where this belongs so I'm putting it onto General...

My character was going under the name "Driaa Dellwood" because she lost her memory...now sh ehas recovered it (mostly anyway) and discovered her true name is "Princess Aldriaa Halfmoon". Is there any way her name can be changed in game?

Thanks for your time =D

~Aldriaa

You can use prefix for the princess or create another char with the new name. In that case you have to delete Driaa Dellwood or she will be banned, 'cause that char doesn't exist any longer.

Is there a way to keep the names of the people I have already met if I recreate?

save your names.dat (can find it in the folder from your old character) in the folder of your new character

Just move the old file names.dat to the newly created character file in your Illarion diretory.

Princess is not part of one's NAME. Its a title, and can be added by typing !prefix Princess .

Yeah...but do you have to do that before EVERY line or just once?

Once, !suffix/!prefix typing nothing after them will remove the titles. Last client you had to type #i every login if you wanted to see it yourself when you hit f12, everyone else can see it no matter what though.

Just once, then it sticks till you change it or remove it.
If you change it, people who you've already #i'ed have to be #i'ed again so they see the character's new !prefix/!suffix, otherwise it will always only display the last one you #i'ed them with.

Your pic looks like you play an elven char ? Read the race descriptions on moonsilver. Elven culture doesn't know nobles. You may get laughed at by other elves when really putting "princess" into your title, unless you become ruler of Northerot or llikewise things
