This owfully strange..my char is gone, any tip ?

First of all, post more information. All characters must be recreated in order to be playable. To activate your account you must first log in on the main page, then use an old character and password to activate your ability to make new characters. This of course is if you had an account after they started the account via test system. Also download the new client.

I found a char named Keryn and you should be able to log in.
