Should you repeatedly ignor the fact after being sent to the cross twice, and still not leaving, thus further provoking the guard, yes.
Oh yes feel compleately free to share the whole story next time.

If you come back and seek a fight again after having the shit kicked out of you twice, then that is poor roleplay. Maybe the guards should just break your legs if you come back and pick a fight after you get sent to the cross. And no, you would not get banned for ignoring them, but it is considered piss poor roleplay to come back from the cross and pick a fight.

Ah but you see i did not come back for a fight i went back to get my itams i droped and thay were gone. he attacked me again sent me to the cross again. I never layed a finger on the person that was attacking me hints i never got into a fight he started attacking me.
Both times he attacked me i was heading for a gate.

What kind of idiot goes back for his lost items after that? If you got beaten up in real life, stabbed, slashed and generally beaten into a bloody pulp, would you go back for the things you dropped?
And I'm sorry to nitpick, but please, try spelling things correctly and actually using punctuation a little more often.

If "everybody" else decided hitting themselves in the face was a good thing, would you do it? It just doesn't make sense to go back for your items which are in an area where there are people willing to attack you with big weapons.

And no he didnot just go back for his items, he stayed standing afte rhe learned i picked them up and still refused to leave. and You are right Donal, you can not get banned for ignoring the guard even though you have been sent to the cross, but you can be for bad roleplay. Finally another person sees what i had to put up with in game. After the first time he was sent to the cross be me and another player, he picked up his things and would not leave ((untill after his other orc buddy dissapeared in a fire, which he rped rather poorely to admit)) i sent him to the cross again this being the second time, i picked up his things and after that he would simply not leave town and i did not want to execivly kill him so i had an ooc disscussion with him, and even then he did not want to leave for a while afterwad.

We have this problem often enough and as i always say, I check my PMs daily. If you got stitched up ooc, or really feel that a ban was horrifically unfair pm me ooc. We will work it out.
The guard is meant to be part of good role play, we also serve a purpose of dealing with players who like to PVP in town. I dont want to ruin any ones characters and only real villans, idiots and repeat offenders will get any form of long term ban.
Cause yes bans can be unfair perhaps you didnt attack X, perhaps something went horribly wrong. Or perhaps you just feel than now your character is banned you are struggeling to play. We can always do a little jail time, hard labour something and work it out.
I want to be a part of this game not killjoy who ruins fun.
That said some players will always hate us for our percieved advantage. I can only say we are entirely un GM supported, we put up with a lot of funny business playing the role and do not wake up in the morning thinking whos fun can be spoil.
Currently yes if you refuse a ban a guard will send you to the cross. That is there "role-play" following the town laws.
