I don't really have a good solution, but I wondered if you did. The reading of books is terrible booring, you just shift-click, shift-click and keep getting the same message over and over again, "you can't understand what is written on this page". I don't even know if it's doing me any good. So what about something more interesting... I just thought of a solution, a bad one but still, what about a puzzle? when you start reading a puzzle comes upp where you have to put peices togheter to fit some kind of figure... And if you have a low intelligence yu get smaller pieces, but if you have a high intelligence you get bigger pieces. Didn't really think the suggestion through but please come with possitive critism or other solutions...

Have you ever tried to use the next side of a book?
Not only the first page.

Using the counter. These features should be better documented, as to prevent confusion.

The counter?? The table? And how would I use the table to turn the page of the books?

Check the manual on the Illarion Homepage. There you can find out, what the counter is.

mmm... you don't have to be irratating. But I found it, in the dusty old manual which is good, but has nothing of greater importance to teach you about the version now..

I did not know either. An official statement on this would have been nice.

Anyhow, I think it is very ingenious. Even will support roleplay in some cases.
