Greetings everyone,

I did a search and did not find anything about this topic (I also thought this is the right place to post it although I only see IG proposals).

I'm going to cut right to the case: Is it possible to place a quick-reply button (or template) that enables you to quick-reply underneath every page (from a post) you visit? I use this feature all the time since my posts are rather short and not page stories. It's a usefull feature and saves time instead of the new page post. I've seen it on a number of forums and it's a much used item.

Be sure to check weather these plugins are compatible with your PHPbb version.

(not so much to the case):
I know some people will say, why change? I thought it was a nice idea and maybe some will agree with me. It's not out of lazyness, but time is rather essential for me and I like the quick-reply stuff.

Nothing, but personally I think the display is better because you see everything (like the Avatars) which you do not see in the post-reply section.

I certainly have no intention to do that. If this is the only reason for people to use it, then it is indeed the wrong place for it. But I just find it easy. As for instance helping in one of those posts like "My screen is black: Answer= the server is down again". It's quick and easy.

But Its just a proposal, I still find the forum very attractive without it .

I have to say this would be handy. I've had several times I've wanted to reply to several peoples posts in one reply and either decided it wasn't worth the effort or had to open up another browser and flip back and forth. Of course, the quick reply would only let you see the posts on the current page but would still be handy.
