Banned from town

The Halfling Ziel Oden is officially banned from town for an unspecified amount of time. Any one with in town walls may take a blade up in good cause and rid us of this criminal. I shall not suffer him to walk among us, consider this official warning ziel. Entering town is death to you unless you come and hand yourself over to me directly.
