Sorry to create a new topic.

I've created Thalodos again and he was accepted. but when i tried to log on it said that no character of that name was found.

What am i doing wrong?

I had a similar problem once. Make sure he didn't add a space behind or before the name.

I added one of my old chars to activate create account, except this character did not exist. I guess the remnents of his login and password still existed, but not the character itself, as it didn't show up under the character list. This activated my account which enable to create new characters.

email address would be my guess.

Here's what I did:
Applied for an account.
Jumped for joy.
Tried to create my old chars but got informed via smart web account thing that the chars already existed or somesuch.
Moved existing chars to account. They didn't show up on my list of chars.
After moving chars to account you HAVE to use the new create char button and create them that way. Don't know why, ya just do. (( But if you had Thal and you wanted to keep him you have to move him to the new account with the specific link. He won't show up so you'll have to THEN right after click the create new char button with the same name and such. Kinda sketchy but that's how its happening these days. ))
The rest is history.

It's ok i've solved that problem (i had put a space in front of the character name

). Now i can't log on for more than a milisecond

When Ziel was made that problem happened. I logged on like 5 times and it had worked. But then my char was invisable (post in technical). Dont worry Thalodos, it will work with time.

Sorry about posting again but i have one more question.

How can i delete a character properly?

You see i accidentally made a mistake and created a character named Thalodos(space). I tried to delete him and typed the word 'killer' into the delete box, but he is still there.

What should i do?

Sorry, my fault. I thought it was clear, mail-ad means mail-adress

Look into your account. There's a button to delete your chars.
